How much do entrance gates & automatic barriers cost?
The cost of our entrance gates and barriers will vary dependent on specification and opening sizes. Please contact the office with estimated sizes and anticipated control requirements and we will give you have an accurate quotation over the telephone. Providing detail supplied is not significantly different from a physical site survey, we will honour all referenced verbal quotations.
Alternatively, simply contact the office and request a site survey. Our Surveyors are exactly that - Surveyors! There is no hard sell and they measure and offer advice to suit your needs.

How do I know I am getting value for money?
Roché do not employ “direct sales techniques”. We do not inflate pricing to offer clients magical discounts for same day purchases etc. We pride ourselves on ethical selling and guarantee our clients accurate pricing commitment from the initial enquiry stage though to site installation. This transparency has been instrumental in our success. Beware of any supplier who offers magical discounts for same day purchase. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

So confident are Roché that we offer UK customers the best value for money on any of our products, we will guarantee to beat any like for like genuine quotation. How can I be assured of product quality?
Roché will not compromise quality and all our products are designed and built to TUV standards of excellence. Manufacture and installation is quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. Much of our business is 'word of mouth' recommendation and Roché believe this is testimony to our customer service and after sales support. We encourage potential customers to view existing installations to ensure complete piece of mind.

The company is a member of The Door & Hardware Federation, British Blind & Shutters Association, Construction Line and the Guild of Master Craftsman. All domestic installations are underwritten by Homepro (Fair Trades Limited) for peace of mind.

What advice is available and how do I get a quotation?
Roché manage your project every step of the way from concept, through design to installation. In the first instance, we would encourage customers to request product literature via this website or contact our Customer Services Department on 0800 0851 461. The office staff manages all incoming enquiries, supported by a 24 hour answering service.

Domestic Market
Roché will never employ high pressure sales techniques, often typical in the home improvement market. Roché is unique in that it will give an indication of cost over the telephone and Roché surveyors will visit your home to conduct a site audit at your convenience.


Commercial Market
Services for commercial clients / specifiers include manufacture, supply and installation service. Additional services include site surveys / security audits, product design, after sales servicing and repair / insurance work.

What about installation?
All our products are custom-made from accurate measurements taken by our surveyors, to be installed by Roché engineers. Polite and well presented, the high level of recommendation work we undertake is testimony to their commitment.

What sizes are available?
Security gates and automatic barriers are available in a variety of sizes, dependent on product specification and application. Width spans of up to 8m with can be achieved as required. Typical Gate widths are 3-5m in line with driveway restrictions, but Roché can design a bespoke solution for any scenario.
