Roché fire shutters have been tested and approved in accordance with BS 476: Part 22 and are documented in report references WARRES No. 61083 and WF No. 182970. Warrington Fire WF Assessment Report 181246 Issue 2 provides for modifications for fire shutters to be capable of satisfying the integrity performance criterion for fire resistance for a period of 120 or 240 minutes.

Operation
Electric: Single phase tubular motor with push button control or key switch as standard. Interface panel for connection into the fire alarm. The shutter descends when the fire alarm signal is received.
N.B. Manual operation via a fuse link is possible, but not recommended.
Options:
Audio-visual display & timer delay.
Battery back to ensure effective operation in the event of power failure.
