Roché will not compromise quality and all our products are designed and built to TUV standards of excellence. Manufacture and installation is quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. Much of our business is 'word of mouth' recommendation and Roché believe this is testimony to our customer service and after sales support. We encourage potential customers to view existing installations to ensure complete piece of mind.

The company is a member of The Door & Hardware Federation, British Blind & Shutters Association, Construction Line and the Guild of Master Craftsman. All domestic installations are underwritten by Homepro (Fair Trades Limited) for peace of mind.

Furthermore, working closely with the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) & the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), Roché has gained numerous security product approvals and associated accreditations. The LPCB (which is part of BRE Global) work with insurers, government, police, designers, manufacturers, contractors and end users to develop methods by which product performance and reliability can be assessed. All the products approved by LPCB have been subjected to rigorous testing to assess their resistance to deliberate attack and gain “Secured by Design” status.
