How much does a roller garage door cost?
The cost of a roller garage door varies dependent on specification and opening sizes. Please contact the office with estimated sizes and we will give you have an accurate quotation over the telephone. Providing detail supplied is not significantly different from a physical site survey, we will honour all referenced verbal quotations. Alternatively, simply contact the office and request a site survey. Our experienced surveyors use no hard sell, simply measuring up and offering advice to suit your needs.

How do I know I am getting value for money?
Roché offer customers the best value for money in the UK. We are so confident in this belief that we guarantee to beat any like for like genuine quotation. If you are offered an equivalent product and guarantee by another manufacturer for less, we promise to beat that price!*

We do not use high pressure sales techniques and never inflate pricing to offer discounts for same day purchase etc. We pride ourselves on ethical selling and guarantee our clients accurate pricing commitment from the initial enquiry stage through to site installation. This transparency has been instrumental in our success. Beware of any supplier who offers magical discounts for same day purchase. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

How can I be assured of product quality?
Roché will not compromise quality and all our products are designed and built to TUV standards of excellence. Manufacture and installation is quality assured to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000. Much of our business is 'word of mouth' recommendation and Roché believe this is testimony to our customer service and after sales support.

The company is a member of The Door & Hardware Federation, British Blind & Shutters Association, Construction Line and the Guild of Master Craftsman. All domestic installations are underwritten by a dedicated Insurance body for peace of mind.

What advice is available and how do I get a quotation?
Our customer services department will be able to answer any questions, provide a free quotation or arrange a site audit at your convenience. Call the office on 0800 0851 461 - this number is supported by a 24 hour answering service.

What commercial services do you offer?
Services for commercial clients/specifiers include manufacture, supply and installation. We are also able to offer site surveys, security audits, product design, after sales servicing and repair or insurance work.

What about installation?
Every roller garage door is made to order from accurate measurements taken by our surveyors, to be installed by Roché engineers who will install your door at your convenience. Polite and well presented, the high level of recommendation work we undertake is testimony to their commitment.

What sizes are available?
All our roller doors are made-to-measure and manufactured to suit exact opening sizes. As a rule of thumb, single doors range from 2m – 2.4m in width and and double doors are 4.2m - 4.6m. Typical opening heights are 2m – 2.4m. If larger doors are required, we can achieve a width span of 5m utilising the standard garage door profile. A heavy duty extruded profile can span up to 6m in width.

What’s different about the Elite roller garage door?
The Elite roller garage door - along with all our other Elite products - has been approved by the the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB). That means it has been assessed by the world’s leading independent body and passed rigorous testing for resistance to attack. If security is a concern, choose the Elite model.
